Good course with many practical elements

The course is pretty long and fragmented, can be a little confusing to follow the subsections of the sections, and save for a few minor technical glitches - very interesting and providing useful information on effective communication with victims.

Could be improved

I think some questions could be worded more clearly. For example, instead of asking, "What are the 2 new facts/information you learned from this topic?", it could be phrased as, "Did you learn any new facts/information about this topic? If so, which ones?". Additionally, I suggest including more multiple-choice questions and fewer open-ended ones, and avoiding formulations like "which is NOT".

Course is too long

The course was long and included many open-ended questions. At times the information was very detailed — is that necessary? In the surveys, the wording of the questions was challenging and difficult.

About who should engage this course

This course is designed mostly for those who are starting their connection with victims. The quizzes shouldn't use mostly the "Which is NOT" formula, since it can cause confusion.
