The 7 Cs of communication’ is a checklist to ensure that your communication is effective.
The 7Cs of communication were developed in a 1952 book, Effective Public Relations, by University of Wisconsin professors Scott Cutlip and Allen Center.
It is a highly referenced communication concept, several variations of the 7 Cs lists have been developed and modified over the years. However, the original 7 Cs of Communication is considered by many to be a fundamental commandment to good communication.
